These “alternative” fee arrangements include the payment of a “fixed” or flat fee for a particular project, fee caps, blended hourly rates, hybrid fee arrangements, volume discounts, monthly retainers, and other creative billing arrangements that ensure value to our clients while decreasing the variability of their costs.
