Christina Brotto focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters. Christina has represented investors and developers in the purchase, financing, sale, development and leasing of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. Christina's clients include national and regional developers of office, retail and industrial properties. She also represents numerous tenants in office and industrial leases, including build-to-suit transactions. Prior to joining Carlson Partners, Ltd., Christina represented the world's largest retailer in its real estate transactions throughout the Midwest. Christina has represented lenders in negotiating and closing loan workouts and restructurings. Christina's experience also includes representation of clients in corporate and business management matters, including the formation and certification of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises, and the satisfaction of MBE/WBE compliance requirements.
