Health Care Practice

The Firm has an active and growing health care practice. We represent a broad range of health care clients in both transactional and litigation matters. Our attorneys have represented individual physicians, physician practice groups, hospitals, health systems, and senior living facilities. We have represented health care clients in various transactions including the sale of medical practices and lease negotiations. Our health care litigation experience includes litigating matters involving the suspension or revocation of physician staff privileges, disputes arising from physician peer review proceedings, challenges to the tax-exempt status of non-profit entities, as well as antitrust claims between competing health plans, between hospitals and physicians, and between hospital systems.
